Conveyor deviation running and the corresponding solution

It’s a normal phenomenon of deviation running under conveyor working, there’s many reasons caused this fault, the main reasons are low installation accuracy and bad diary maintenance. When doing installation, do best to keep the front & rear roller conveyor and Intermediate roller on the same central line, and parallel to each other to ensure conveyor avoiding deviation. Also, the conveyor connector should be correct, with same perimeter on both sides. Under conveyor running, if met deviation problem, should check the right reason and do corresponding adjustment, Pls. check the common problems and solutions as below
Check the misalignment rate of roller transverse centerline and belt conveyor longitudinal centerline, once it’s over 3mm, then should adjust the elongated mounting holes on two sides of roller. Specific operation step is reaching the same side as the conveyor deviation direction, or backward move to the opposite direction
Check the deviation rate of the front bearing installation plane and rear bearing installation plane, if this value over 1mm, should do adjustment to keep the two planes on the same plane. The front roller adjustment methods: If the belt deviate to the right of roller, then the right bearing of roller should move forward, or the left bearing move backward. If the belt deviate to left direction, then the left bearing should move forward or right bearing move backward. Rear roller enjoys the opposite adjustment way to front roller
Check the goods position on conveyor, of goods not at the cross section center of conveyor, then will cause deviation, if the goods deviate to right side, then belt will deviation running to left, same phenomenon to opposite direction. So should do best to keep the goods at the central position. And add blocking plate can effectively reduce or avoid the deviation problem, changing goods direction and position.
